Park ordinance violation
LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township police have received several complaints of dogs being walked in Riverview Park without a leash, which has caused concern for other park visitors.
While your dog might be well behaved, officers wish to remind dog owners visiting the park with their pets that the Township Parks Ordinance requires all dogs to be on a leash, police said.
According to police, there are several signs posted throughout the park advising of this.
With the warm weather arriving and the park attracting more visitors, police would like to make everyone’s visit an enjoyable experience.
Police said your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
