Criminal trespass
LOCK HAVEN -- Woodward Township Police Department reported on March 31, at approximately 5:40 p.m., unknown individuals entered a residence on Crist Lane in Lock Haven without consent or authorization.
There is no further information at this time.
Theft by unlawful taking
RENOVO -- On March 31, Renovo police arrested 57-year-old Lynne Moriarty, of Renovo, on an arrest warrant, allegedly stemming from an incident on March 3 taking place on St. Clair Avenue in Renovo.
Police said Moriarty is charged with theft after she stole $110 worth of property from a victim at a residence.
Moriarty was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility pending arraignment, police said.
DUI crash
RAUCHTOWN -- On March 19, at 10:30 p.m., state police at Lamar were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash in the 2500 block of Rauchtown Road in Crawford Township.
Prior to police arrival, Robert Furl, 58, of Loganton, the operator of the 2010 dark blue Ford Flex, had fled the scene on foot.
According to police, Furl was located a short distance away from the crash scene and was arrested for DUI and refused chemical testing.
Disorderly conduct
MILL HALL -- On Feb. 14, at 2:42 p.m., state police at Lamar responded to Central Mountain High School for the report of disorderly conduct.
According to police, a 16-year-old female student from Lock Haven was taking orders for a fundraiser for the school and it was discovered that the student did not return the paperwork or cash and had kept the money.
Four victims in the incident were a 29-year-old Mill Hall female, a 50-year-old Jersey Shore female, a 44-year-old Centre Hall male and a 46-year-old Mill Hall female, police said.
The student was charged through District Judge Heidi Wright.
Unleashed dog
RENOVO -- State police at Lamar were called to an incident on Clinton Avenue in South Renovo Borough on March 1.
According to police, the incident took place at about 5 p.m. when the victim, a 36-year-old Renovo female, was walking her dog and turned onto Clinton Avenue when a neighboring dog was outside but not leashed.
It was reported the dog was growling and started to chase them, police said. The victim ran from the dog and when the dog was no longer seen they contacted state police.
Police responded and arrested a 45-year-old Renovo female for a dog law violation through District Judge Frank Mills.
PFA violation
AVIS -- On March 18, at approximately 6:42 p.m., state police at Lamar were contacted by a 75-year-old Lock Haven female who reported that her husband, a 78-year-old Jersey Shore man, had stopped over and asked if she wanted to go for ice cream.
According to police, the female has an active PFA against the male. Upon police arrival, the male was taken into custody and charged with the PFA violation. The male was transported to the Clinton County Jail, police said.
DUI
MCELHATTAN -- On March 26, at about 7:47 p.m., state police at Lamar initiated a traffic stop on state Route 220 in Wayne Township involving a 2015 black Chevy Traverse.
Upon the investigation, a 40-year-old Mill Hall male was arrested and taken into custody for driving under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Two vehicle accident
SALONA -- On March 24, at about 1:17 p.m., state police at Lamar responded to the 500 block of Long Run Road in Lamar Township for a two-vehicle accident.
Rachael Muir, 43, of Lamar, was operating a 2007 Buick LaCrosse, when she rear-ended a 2016 Ford Escape that was legally parked off the right side of the roadway, police said. According to police, Muir was not injured in the crash, but was cited in relation to driving on roadways laned for traffic. Both vehicles sustained disabling damage.
