Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Hailey Ann Gillot, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats-intent to terrorize another and harassment-communicating lewd/threatening language, waived for court.

-- Hailey Ann Gillot, of Lock Haven, charged with defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.

-- Alisha Marie Jefferson, of Lock Haven, charged with unauthorized entry of a school bus, waived for court.

-- David Leroy Lebert, of Mill Hall, charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, withdrawn, and two counts of harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic citation.
