— Allan Thomas Anderson, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages, failure to carry registration, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving with a BAC .02 or greater while license is suspended and failure to use a safety belt-vehicle without doors, waived for court.
