-- Dennis D. Curran, of Renovo, charged with harassment-communicating lewd/threatening/etc. Language, two counts of making terroristic threats with the intent to terrorize another, retaliation against a witness/victim and intimidation of a witness/victim-withhold testimony, waived for court.
-- Allan Thomas Anderson, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, violating restrictions on alcoholic beverages, failure to carry registration, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving with a BAC .02 or greater while license is suspended and failure to use a safety belt-vehicle without doors, waived for court.
