— Joshua B. Smith, originally charged with intent to deliver one gram of bath salts, probation revoked, fined $1,000 and resentenced to probation for one year.

— Clayton Andrew Nichols, charged with theft by deception, placed on probation for six months, shall pay $18,200 in restitution and complete 50 hours of community service.
