Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Seth Michael Carson, of Jersey Shore, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations with person present, indecent assault-without consent of other and criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

-- Cody Robert Eggler, of Julian, charged with using an access device to obtain/attempt to obtain property/services, identity theft and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Ann Marie McLaughlin, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, held for court.

-- Aimee Danyell Dixon, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

-- Hailey Ann Gillott, of Lock Haven, charged with intimidating a witness/victim-to cause refrain from reporting and retaliation against a witness/victim, waived for court.

-- Jesse Lee James, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Mariah Carmella Morocko, of Renovo, charged with four counts of defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.
