LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
— Anthony Michael Clay-Rappaselli, of Reading, charged with conspiracy to commit robbery-inflict/threaten imminent bodily injury, simple assault and unlawful restraint-serious bodily injury, held for court.
— Wesley Cleon Snyder, of Flemington, charged with burglary-overnight accomodations with person present, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, criminal trespass-enter structure, defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness/similar misconduct, possession of marijuana-small amount for personal use and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, held for court.
— Michael Dylan Dennison, of Lock Haven, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest/detention on foot, waived for court.
— Terry Dale Fletcher, of Jacksonville, Fla., charged with receiving stolen property, improper sunscreening, obscured plates-illegible at reasonable distance, careless driving, fraudulent use/removal of regular plate, failure to complete duties at stop sign, no rear lights and making improper turning movements/using required signals, waived for court.
— David Joseph Sennett, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving with a suspended vehicle registration, driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, driving without a license and careless driving, waived for court.
— Jennifer Nichole Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
— Jennifer N. Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.
— Connie Lee Bunnell, of York, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, reckless driving and causing accidental damage to an unattended vehicle/property, waived for court.
— Connie L. Bunnell, of York, charged with possession of contraband by inmate-controlled substance, waived for court.
— Robert Lee Furl, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane-single, careless driving and failure to not notify police of accident/damage to vehicle, waived for court.
— April Marie Tennis, of Renovo, charged with making a false/fraudulent/incomplete insurance claim and criminal attempt of theft by deception-false impression, waived for court.
