— Bethany Jo Lehman, of Lock Haven, charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals-causing serious bodily injury or death, four counts of cruelty to animals, four counts of neglect of animals-tethering, four counts of neglect to animals-shelter/protection and four counts of neglect to animals-vet care, waived for court.

— Hailey Ann Gillot, of Lock Haven, charged with neglect of animals-tethering, waived for court.

— Ernest Paul Delp, IV, of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to stop at red signal and careless driving, waived for court.

— Jason Matthew Tyson, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of fraudulently obtaining food stamps/assistance, waived for court.

— Jeremy Curtis Smith, of Clearfield, charged with three counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/delivery and two counts of criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Jeremy Curtis Smith, of Clearfield, charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/delivery and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Jeremy Curtis Smith, of Clearfield, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/delivery, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Ann Marie McLaughlin, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

— Jerome Bellamy, of Jamestown, N.Y., charged with possession of a firearm-prohibited, carrying firearm not to be carried without license, receiving stolen property, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving in the right lane, disregard traffic lane-single and following too closely, waived for court.

— Sarah Norma Eliza Kmetz, of Renovo, charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Christina M. Heaton, of Renovo, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations with person present, criminal trespass-enter structure, indecent exposure, criminal attempt-prostitution and open lewdness, waived for court.

— Rodney Brian Gressley, of Johnstown, charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps/assistance, waived for court.

— Krystle Lee Oliveira, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal trespass-break into structure, held for court.

— Keith Richard Adams, of Mill Hall, charged with defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.

— Patrick Gerald Manly, of Youngstown, Ohio, charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, withdrawn, and exceeding 65 or 70 mph by 18 mph, moved to non-traffic citation.
