LOCK HAVEN -- The information in sentencings is obtained from public record. It is the policy of The Express that this information will not be withheld from publication.

-- Michael Daniel Peck, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence-second offense and recklessly endangering another person, shall pay $500 in restitution, placed on probation for five years and fined $1,500.

-- Lily A. Dugan, charged with resisting arrest, placed on probation for two years and house arrest for 90 days.

-- Logan Michael English, charged with violating a Protection from Abuse Order, fined $300 and placed on probation for three months.

-- Michael J. Thomas, charged with driving under the influence of methamphetamine-first offense and possession of a controlled substance, fined $1,000, shall serve one month in the Clinton County Day Reporting Center Program and placed on probation for 30 months.

-- Jeremy Chapman, charged with reckless endangerment, fined $500 and placed on probation for two years.

-- Richard Scott Laird, charged with resisting arrest, sentenced to four months to one year in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
