-- George Lewis Capo, charged with indecent assault, shall pay $35.91 to the Clinton County Commissioners and sentenced to nine months to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

-- Shawn Michael Mills, charged with aggravated assault, shall pay $15,828.32 in restitution, sentenced to a period not less than one year less than one day nor more than two years less than one day and placed on probation for five years.

-- Jessica Arlene Myers, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $1,600, sentenced to one 16 months to six years in a State Correctional Institution.

-- Kyle Hamilton Bentley, charged with criminal trespass, shall complete 50 hours of community service.

-- Joseph P. Robison, charged with child endangerment and possession of fentanyl, placed on probation for three years.

-- Larry E. McCloskey Jr., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $500, shall complete 48 hours in the Day Reporting Center program and placed on probation for six months.

-- Jessica Matter, charged with making unsworn falsification to authorities, placed on probation for one year.

-- Daryl Adrian Durost, charged with possession of one gram of methamphetamine, fined $500 and sentenced to 14 months to five years in a State Correctional Institution.

-- Gwen R. Ardner, charged with furnishing drug-free urine and possession of Suboxone, placed on probation for 36 months and placed on house arrest until June 19.

-- Felisha Lynn Kelley, charged with flight to avoid apprehension and criminal mischief, fined $100, shall pay $374.80 in restitution, placed on probation for two years and house arrest for two months.
