Terroristic threats
RENOVO — A 16-year-old Renovo boy has been charged with making terroristic threats, cyber harassment of a child and endangering a public safety official, according to the Renovo Police Department.
The charges stem from incidents that allegedly occurred between May 26-28 at Bucktail Area High School and along Huron Avenue in Chapman Township, police said.
Police said the juvenile created a custom song threatening and harassing another juvenile and posted it to social media.
While under investigation, he allegedly made additional threats against a police officer and posted an image of an officer alongside threatening comments.
Parking lot hit and run
RENOVO –Renovo Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that occurred the afternoon of June 11 in the parking lot of Ransdorf Manor.
According to police, the driver of a black 2005 Acura allegedly struck a gray 2006 Hyundai Sonata, causing minor damage.
The driver was reportedly told to stop and notify the vehicle’s owner but refused and left the scene.
