LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Chad Justin Hooven, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, smell/inhale toxic releasing substances, possession of a solvent for release of toxic vapors/fumes, illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock, disregard traffic lane-single, careless driving, driving while license is suspended/revoked, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, two counts of accidentally causing damage to an unattended vehicle/property and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.
-- Ashley Danielle Snook, of Mill Hall, charged with risking catastrophe, making terroristic threats-cause serious public inconvenience, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.
-- April Lynn Butler, of Mill Hall, charged with corruption of minors, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, false identification to law enforcement officer, driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, careless driving and failure to keep right, sent to common pleas.
-- Jadon Samuel Vittorio, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, driving without rear lights and operating unsafe equipment, waived for court.
-- Dominic Scott Hummer, of Lock Haven, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
-- Allen Hurneman, of Renovo, charged with making terroristic threats, child endangerment, simple assault, prohibited possession and harassment-communicate lewd/threatening language, waived for court.
-- John Maurice Weaver, of Lock Haven, charged with disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, waived for court.
-- Jeremy Lynn Slaterbeck, of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
-- Darryl Wayne McDermit, Sr., of Mill Hall, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.
-- John David Ransdorf, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and harassment-subject other to physical contact.
-- Devan Maris McGowan, of Coburn, charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property and two counts of criminal mischief, waived for court.
