LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Shawn Michael Mincer, of Lock Haven, charged with four counts of aggravated cruelty to animals-causing serious bodily injury/death, four counts of cruelty to animals, four counts of neglect of animals-tethering, four counts of neglect of animals-shelter/protection and four counts of neglect of animals-vet care, waived for court.

— Amanda Ann Hurneman, of Renovo, charged with reckless endangerment, harassment-subject other to physical contact, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting and simple assault, withdrawn.

— Alvin W. George, III, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats, false imprisonment and intimidating a witness/victim-refrain from reporting, withdrawn.

— Taylor James Godfrey, of Jersey Shore, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, waived for court.

— Tylar Mark Titus, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, held for court.
