LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Shannia Dawn Cook, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment-physical contact, waived for court.

— Ryan Michael Harzinski, of Lock Haven, charged with illegally operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock and causing accidental damage to an unattended vehicle or property, waived for court.

— William James Yost, of Mill Hall, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, habitual offender, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, driving with a suspended/revoked license, reckless driving, driving without light to avoid identification/arrest, two counts of failure to fulfill duties at a stop sign, disregard traffic lane-single, driving an unsafe speed, no title certificate, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, display plate card in improper vehicle, fraudulent use/removal of a plate, improper display of a plate and vertical display of registration plate, waived for court.
