LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Jordan Joseph Lantz, of Williamsport, charged with fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, aggravated assault by vehicle, driving at an unsafe speed, driving while license is suspended/revoked, reckless endangerment, reckless driving and careless driving, held for court.
-- Thomas W. Rossman, Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with simple assault and harassment-physical contact, waived for court.
-- Edgar Meiendez Rosario, of Jamestown, N.Y., charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, tamper with/fabricate physical evidence, evading arrest or detention on foot, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, escape, driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, following too closely, disregard for traffic lane-single, failure to keep right and obscured plates-illegible at reasonable distance, held for court.
-- Nathan Lullo, of Renovo, charged with defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.
-- Chad Stover, of Jersey Shore, charged with disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, disorderly conduct-obscene language/gesture, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, waived for court.
