Disorderly conduct
WOOLRICH — On June 15, close to noon, state police at Lamar were called to an address on Park Avenue in Pine Creek Township for the report of a house being vandalized.
Police said that following their investigation, three juveniles, each 15 years of age, were arrested for disorderly conduct.
Police said that the investigation also revealed that Jessica Barner, 38, of Mill Hall, a mother of one of the juveniles, allegedly drove the teens to the scene.
Police said that charges for corruption of minors, disorderly conduct and conspiracy were filed against Barner through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office.
One vehicle crash
LOCK HAVEN — On July 9, at approximately 2:38 p.m., Woodward Township Police investigated a one vehicle crash at the intersection of Mill Hall Road and Coudersport Pike.
Police said 89-year-old Stephen Shadle, of Lock haven, was driving a 2016 Toyota 4 Runner westbound on Mill Hall Road when he suffered a possible medical emergency and failed to stop at a stop sign.
Police said Shadle drove through the intersection and crashed into an embankment.
Shadle and his unnamed passenger were not injured in the crash, and the vehicle was driven from the scene after sustaining minor damage, police said.
Intimidation
RENOVO — Renovo Police arrested Christopher Hotchkiss, 39, of Renovo, and charged him with felony intimidation of victims or witnesses and misdemeanor harassment on July 9, 2025.
Police said this stems from the first few days of July when multiple harassing and threatening messages were sent to a victim in another case where Hotchkiss was arrested for committing a crime against the victim.
Hotchkiss was arraigned before MDJ Frank Mills, who set unsecured bail at $15,000, police said.
Terroristic threats
RENOVO — On July 10, Renovo Police arrested Bryan Pagnotto, 46, of Renovo, and charged him with misdemeanor counts of terroristic threats and harassment stemming from an incident on July 6 when Pagnotto made multiple explicit and violent threats in person to the victim along Ontario Ave.
Police said Bagnotto was arraigned before MDJ Frank Mills, who set bail at $10,000 unsecured.
