Drug possession

LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar stopped a 2005 blue Honda on Woodward Avenue at Mill Hill Road in Woodward Township on June 19 for Title 75 violations.

Police arrested both occupants, a 28-year-old Julian man and a 32-year-old Beech Creek man, for outstanding warrants.

Police said a search yielded drugs and paraphernalia.

Charges were filed through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office.

Freightliner causes damage

LAMAR — State police at Lamar were called to an accident scene on Jacksonville Road at its intersection with Peach Orchard Road in Porter Township on June 20.

Police said Brandon D. Keith, 39, of Oil City, was operating a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia and was attempting to turn left off of Peach Orchard Road onto Jacksonville Road when his Freightliner caused damage to the roadway, pulling up multiple pieces of asphalt.

The Freightliner also struck a sign and the bridge. Keith then left the scene and continued westbound on Jacksonville Road, police said.

Police were informed by a witness who was able to get the registration plate on the rear of the trailer.

Police were able to make contact with Keith and appropriate charges were filed.

Keys found

BEECH CREEK — On June 18, an individual living along Eagle Valley Road in Beech Creek Township arrived at the police station in Lamar to report that he had found a set of keys along the roadway.

The keys were placed into evidence and the owner may call 570-726-6000 to claim them.

PFA violation

LOCK HAVEN — On June 18, at approximately 6:13 p.m., state police at Lamar were called to Woodward Avenue in Pine Creek Township for the report of a PFA violation.

Police said that during the investigation it was found that a 31-year-old female from Dover, Pa., was in violation and an arrest warrant was obtained.

Police said charges were filed against the female through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office.

Criminal mischief

LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar were called on June 6 by a 20-year-old Mill Hall man claiming that somebody threw an object at his car, causing a minor scratch to the blue 2011 Subaru Impreza Outback.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to call them at 570-726-6000 and reference case 2025-750689.

Drugs found

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were called to an address on Pennsylvania Avenue in Mill Hall Borough on June 19 for a report of drugs found at the location.

Police are continuing their investigation. Anyone with information may contact Trooper Schall at 570-726-6000.

PFA violation

LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar were called to an address on Woodward Avenue in Pine Creek Township on June 21 at 3:15 p.m. for the report of a PFA violation.

Police said that upon their investigation it was determined that no PFA violation had occurred because the defendant had not yet been served his portion of the documents.

Shoplifting

MILL HALL — On June 12, at 8:13 p.m., state police at Lamar were called to Walmart in Mill Hall for the report of shoplifting.

Police said that an unidentified male attempted to push a shopping cart of items valued at $516.13 from the store without paying.

Police said the male had fled to an area behind the Advance Auto store where the items were later located.

Runaway returned

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were called on June 13 to an address on Nittany Valley Drive in Porter Township for the report of a runaway.

Police said the juvenile, a 16-year-old male of Mill Hall, was located and returned home.

Vehicle theft

RENOVO — State police were notified by a 33-year-old Mill Hall man of the theft of his property on June 8 between the hours of 6 and 8 a.m.

Police said the incident involves a 2002 green Mazda and they are continuing an investigation into the theft.

Burglary

MILL HALL — State police were called to Condo’s Welding in Mill Hall for the report of a burglary that occurred on June 11.

Police said the investigation is continuing and anyone with information is asked to call 570-726-6000 and reference incident 2025-725399.
