Defiant trespass
PLEASANT GAP — A 37-year-old Bellefonte man was arrested for allegedly trespassing at a location on Penntech Drive in Benner Township on June 19 at 2 p.m., according to state police at Rockview.
Charges, including defiant criminal trespass, are pending, police said.
Criminal mischief
ZION — State police at Rockview are investigating criminal mischief that occurred on Nilson Road in Walker Township.
The incident, which happened June 29 shortly after 5 p.m., victimized an 85-year-old Bellefonte man, police said.
Road rage
REBERSBURG — Nicholas Speece, 20, of Granville, was charged with disorderly conduct on June 29 at 7:22 p.m. following an alleged road rage incident in which he threatened to shoot another person while in possession of a gun, according to state police at Rockview.
Trespassing
LOCK HAVEN — A Lock Haven woman was arrested for allegedly trespassing following an incident on Clinton County Housing Authority property, Lock Haven City Police said.
Hailey Hackenberg, 22, was found to be on the property on June 16 at about 8:20 p.m., police said.
Child endangerment
LOCK HAVEN — A 39-year-old Lock Haven woman was arrested for allegedly endangering the welfare of children and multiple other charges following an incident on July 12, Lock Haven City Police said.
At about 1 p.m., Brandy Peck allegedly violated a duty-of-care protection when she allowed her marijuana, marijuana smoking device and marijuana paraphernalia within reach of a 9-year-old child, police said.
Peck is also accused of interfering with officers who were attempting to secure the child involved in a domestic violence situation, police said.
Peck was cited with endangering the welfare of children, resisting arrest or other law enforcement, possessing a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Teen charged with trespass
LOCK HAVEN — A 15-year-old Lock Haven girl was arrested for trespassing following an incident on July 9, Lock Haven City Police said.
The teen is accused of being located on Clinton County Housing Authority property at about 5:12 a.m. after previously being served a notice that banned her from the area, police said.
Fleeing officers, DUI
LOCK HAVEN — A 23-year-old Lock Haven man was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude, driving under the influence and driving while operating privilege is suspended/revoked following an incident on June 27, Lock Haven City Police said.
At 11:27 p.m., the driver fled from officers attempting a traffic stop and crashed the vehicle, police said.
He was later found to be under the influence, police said.
Retail theft
MILESBURG — A 27-year-old Rebersburg man was arrested on June 29 for allegedly shoplifting a $1.90 fountain drink from the Bellefonte Sheetz in Boggs Township on South Eagle Valley Road, according to state police at Rockview.
Theft from business
SNOW SHOE — PSP Rockview said they are investigating a theft from Niagara Cutters that occurred June 6 on East Sycamore Road in Snow Shoe Township.
Marijuana possession
SPRING MILLS — Charges are pending for an individual driving a 2018 red Mazda CX-5 on General Potter Highway after a traffic stop for a summary violation July 5 at 8:11 a.m., according to state police at Rockview.
During the stop, the officer observed a small amount of marijuana, police said.
Indecent assault
CENTRE HALL — PSP Rockview said they are investigating a sexual assault in Centre Hall Borough that occured between 7 and 8 p.m. on July 4.
