LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Nathaniel Scott Rhine, of Beech Creek, charged with making terroristic threats, reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact and driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

-- Jeremy Curtis Smith, of Clearfield, charged with three counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intention to manufacture/deliver, three counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane-single, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

-- Tiffany Marie Rupert, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving without headlights and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Julian James Zuback, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard traffic lane-single, waived for court.

-- Felicia Marie Woods, of Lock Haven, charged with theft of services-acquisition of services and unauthorized use of a vehicle, waived for court.

-- Francis Thaddeu Sefchik, of Renovo, charged with strangulation, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.
