— Christopher J. Santiago, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of conspiracy-manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

— Christopher Jan Santiago, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Jonah Lefever, of Williamsport, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement and two counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Robert Joseph Miller, of Lock Haven, charged with illegally operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and failure to use headlights, waived for court.

— Jeremiah Sean Laubscher, of Lock Haven, charged with fleeing/attempting to elude an officer and driving under the influence-second offense, waived for court.

— Troy Lewis Merrill, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, disregard traffic lane-single and careless driving, waived for court.

— Joseph Douglas Knapp, of Mill Hall, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and exceeding maximum speed limit by 14 mph, withdrawn.
