— Shaun Jason Wadsworth, of Renovo, charged with furnishing drug free urine-use/attempt, waived for court.

— Joshua David Bassett, of Beech Creek, charged with five counts of failing to update sexual offender registration information-failure to verify address/be photographed.

— Daniel Eugene Mitchell, of State College, charged with theft of property lost by mistake, receiving stolen property and tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, waived for court.

— Keavi Mae Ward, of Mill Hall, charged with two counts of making terroristic threats, two counts of harassment-communicate lewd/threatening language and disorderly conduct, waived for court.

— Alexander Jordan Forth, of Bellefonte, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, moved to non-traffic citation.

— Karla Sue Elliott, of Bedford, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, withdrawn.
