LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Kimberly Ann Hulej, of Renovo, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, withdrawn, and theft of mail-unlawful taking, moved to non-traffic citation.

-- Adam R. Dieffenbacher, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.
