LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Amanda Christine Martz, of Beech Creek, charged with using an access device to obtain or attempt to obtain property/services, identity theft and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
-- Jaime Scott Harpel, of Lock Haven, charged with theft of property lost by mistake and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
-- Cody Robert Eggler, of Julian, charged with making repairs/selling/etc. an offensive weapon, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, failure to surrender registration plates/cards on suspension, operating unsafe equipment, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and failure to use safety belt-driver/front seat occupant waived for court.
-- Dylan Michael Proctor, of Beech Creek, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and possession of marijuana-small amount for personal use, waived for court.
