SNOW SHOE -- Chief Deputy Coroner John D. Kubalak has confirmed the death of Thomas Edward Hipple, 73, of Snow Shoe, following a pedestrian accident Monday morning.
The incident remains under investigation by Pennsylvania State Police. The Centre County Coroner's Office is working closely with PSP and emergency responders, according to a press release.
Snow Shoe Ambulance Station 29, Snow Shoe Fire Company and Pine Glen Fire Company all assisted at the scene of the accident, which was unspecified.
An autopsy was scheduled earlier in the week and a public visitation will be held this evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Daughenbaugh Funeral Home, 106 W. Sycamore St., Snow Shoe.
