PFA violation

LOCK HAVEN — Robert Lee Neff, 36, of Lock Haven, was charged with three counts of Protection from Abuse Order (PFA) violations, Lock Haven City Police said.

According to police, the department was notified at 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 21 that Neff allegedly violated the PFA order when he mailed letters to multiple people named as protected parties.

Drug possession

LOCK HAVEN — A vehicle’s passenger was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on July 26, Lock Haven City Police said.

The stop occurred along East Main Street at about 12:55 a.m. where the vehicle’s passenger, Glenn Neff, 35, was found to be in possession of several packages of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, police said.

Traffic stop leads to

multiple charges

LOCK HAVEN — A 49-year-old man faces multiple charges following a traffic stop along Bellefonte Avenue on Jan. 26, Lock Haven City Police said.

According to police, at about 12:55 a.m., officers were on patrol in the area of Bellefonte Avenue and observed a dark colored pick up truck that was drifting on the roadway, nearly striking a legally parked vehicle.

In continuing to follow and observe the vehicle, the truck was observed drifting again, crossing the center line. After observing the vehicle registration, which showed expired, a traffic stop was conducted, police said.

During the course of investigation, the driver, Jeremy Curtis Smith, was alleged to be driving under the influence and observed to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

The vehicle Smith was operating was also found to have an expired inspection and was impounded and a search warrant was applied for and granted, police said.

The search warrant was executed and Smith was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, LSD, buprenorphine, a scale, multiple narcotic smoking devices and packing consistent with the distribution of narcotics, police said.

Smith was subsequently charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, a felony, possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, a misdemeanor, and summary charges for driving on roadways laned for traffic, registration and certificate of title required and operation of a vehicle without an official certificate of inspection, police said.

Harassment

RENOVO — Renovo Police Department has charged 67-year-old Carol A. Blackwell with harassment that occurred on the evening of Aug. 23 along Skunk Hollow Road in Chapman Township.

Police said Blackwell is alleged to have repeatedly committed harassing acts, which served no legitimate purpose, toward a victim. The incident was recorded on video.

Police said Blackwell is being charged by summons through the office of District Judge Frank Mills.

Two arrested on

criminal warrants

RENOVO — Renovo Police were investigating a fight/assault between several people on Aug. 27 in the area of Ontario Avenue and 4th Street in Renovo. During the course of the investigation, two males were located who had criminal warrants.

Police identified 27-year-old Jerrett Williams and 24-year-old Jose Jaimez, both of Philadelphia, but currently residing in Renovo. Williams had two warrants which were for assault and giving false ID to law enforcement. Jaimez also had two warrants, for felony aggravated assault and felony drug delivery, police said.

Both males were transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility. Williams was arraigned by District Judge Frank Mills and released on $10,000 unsecured bail. Jaimez was held on warrants from Philadelphia pending extradition back to Philadelphia, police said.

Indecent assault investigation

BEECH CREEK — State police at Lamar are investigating the report of an indecent assault involving a five-year-old male that occurred in Beech Creek between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2024.

False alarms

FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar have been called to the Taco Bell, 559 High St., Flemington, on multiple occasions between Jan. 6 and Aug. 11, 2025., for false burglar alarms. A citation was issued to Taco Bell and filed through District Judge Keith Kibbler’s office.

Drug possession

LAMAR — On the afternoon of June 23, PSP’s Trooper Hall stopped a 2022 white BMW on I-80 Westbound after observing Title 75 violations.

Following a consented search of the vehicle, multiple packages of marijuana were yielded, police said.

DUI of drugs

LAMAR — State police at Lamar conducted a traffic stop on the Frank D. O’Reilly, Jr. highway, state Route 220 in Lamar Township, on June 24 at 1:52 a.m., involving a 2002 white Chevrolet Trail Blazer.

Police said the operator of the vehicle, Dylan Williams, 25, of Lock Haven, was found to be under the influence of drugs.

Police said charges were filed against Williams through District Heidi Wright’s office.

Sexual assault investigation

LAMAR — State police at Lamar are investigating the report of a sexual assault involving a seven-year-old Williamsport male that occurred in the Lamar area between Nov. 1 and Nov. 30, 2024.

Criminal mischief

RENOVO — On June 30, Julie Firestone called state police at Lamar to report damage to her property located at 101 Susie’s Lane in West Keating Township.

Police said the victim in this case of criminal mischief under $1,000 is Claude Catherman, 64, of Pottersdale.

Police are continuing their investigation.

Drug possession

LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar stopped a 2002 white Chevrolet Trail Blazer on June 28 at 11:32 p.m., at the 500 Block of Linden Street, in Lock Haven.

Police said the operator, Dylan Williams, 25, of Lock Haven, was observed to be under the influence of drugs and in possession of drug/paraphernalia.

Police said charges were filed against Williams through District Judge Keith Kibbler’s office.

Medical marijuana found

RAUCHTOWN — State police at Lamar reported that medical marijuana was found near the intersection of Knarr Road and Rauchtown Road in Crawford Township on June 8 at 11 a.m.

Police said the medical marijuana was returned to the owner.

Motors stolen

LOGANTON — State police at Lamar received the report of two Craftsman lawn tractor motors being stolen from a 70-year-old male, of Loganton, between July 28 and Aug. 3, 2025.

Police said the motors were taken from a S. Hopple Hollow Road residence.

Police are continuing their investigation.

DUI crash

LOGANTON — On July 21, PSP at Lamar responded to a one vehicle crash in the area of 1082 Pine Mountain Road in Wayne Township.

Police said James Berry, 19, of Lock Haven, was operating a 1993 light green Chevrolet 1500 truck and struck a large tree valued at $2,850.

Police said Berry was deemed to be under the influence of alcohol. Charges were filed through District Judge Keith Kibbler’s office.
