Indecent exposure
MILL HALL — Zachariah Baney, 33, of Farrandsville, was arrested on Aug. 21 after being observed walking along the roadway with his genitals exposed, according to state police at Lamar.
Baney was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
Harassment
MILL HALL — A 27-year-old female and 33-year-old male were cited on Aug. 22 for a domestic incident near Girard Street, Lock Haven, according to state police at Lamar police.
PFA violation
LOCK HAVEN — On Aug. 23, a PFA violation was reported near James Street and Herr Street in Lock Haven, according to state police of Lamar.
The investigation showed no violation occurred and no charges were filed, police said.
Overdose
RENOVO — According to state police of Lamar, they are investigating an overdose involving a 38-year-old Renovo man that occurred on Aug. 9.
PFA violation
MILL HALL — State police of Lamar investigated a possible PFA violation on Aug. 23 at approximately 12:46 a.m., police said.
Upon investigation, it was determined no crime was committed, according to police.
Criminal mischief
LOCK HAVEN — A 56-year-old Lock Haven man reported an unknown individual caused damage to a residential window on Aug. 25, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, the incident is currently being investigated.
Terroristic threats
LOGANTON — On Aug. 27 police responded to a “Safe 2 Say” report indicating a 16-year-old male made threats involving a firearm and other students’ families at Sugar Valley Rural Charter School, police said.
Upon investigation, police charged the teen with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct.
At this time, there is no present belief that any threat persists towards others, police said.
Found property
MILL HALL — State police are attempting to return a wallet belonging to Luis Garces Llano that was found in the Walmart parking lot.

DUNNSTOWN — On Aug. 23 state police of Lamar were notified of drugs found near Lilac Lane, police said.
Anyone with information pertaining to the incident should contact the state police at 570-726-6000 and reference case PA 2025-1036717.
No injuries in
Centre County crash
BELLEFONTE — There was one minor injury reported in a two vehicle crash near Rishel Hill Road on Benner Pike on Sept 23, according to Rockview police.
At 7:38 a.m., a 2021 Hyundai driven by Irene Larson, 52, of Bellefonte, was stopped in the northbound lane due to traffic, police said.
After attempting to stop, a 2015 Chevrolet, driven by Devon Keith, collided with Larson head on due to wet roads, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene by Halfmoon Towing, police said.
Bellefonte EMS responded to the crash and evaluated Larson for minor injuries but she declined transport for medical services, according to police.
