LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Rakhimjon Khakimov, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charged with driving under the influence-second offense, causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle or property, waived for court.

-- Jerrett Williams, of Renovo, charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, dismissed.

-- Ryan Clair Lamey, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and disregard for traffic lane-single, waived for court.

-- Brian Edward Stabley, Jr., of Loganton, charged with criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

-- Christopher Adam Hotchkiss, of Renovo, charged with intimidating witness/victim-withholding testimony and harassment-communicate lewd/threatening language, waived for court.

-- Colin L. Boone, of Lock Haven, charged with disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise, waived for court.

-- James Kenne Duffield, Jr., of Rebersburg, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

-- Michael Todd Karichner, of Lock Haven, charged with fraudulently altering/forging/counterfitting title/registration/insurance, withdrawn, charged with driving while operating privileges are suspended, operating vehicle without valid inspection and display known fictitious/stolen/issued document for inspection, moved to non-traffic citation.
