LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Gabriel John Slusser, of West Pittston, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving-serious bodily injury, driving with license suspended/revoked, driving without a license and disregard traffic lane-single, waived for court.

-- Christopher Adam Hotchkiss, of Renovo, charged with conspiracy to commit burglary-overnight accommodation with no occupant present, conspiracy to committee criminal trespass-break into structure, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking-movable property, four counts of conspiracy to endanger welfare of children and four counts of conspiracy to commit corruption of minors, dismissed.

-- Sasha M. Hotchkiss, of Renovo, charged with conspiracy to commit burglary-overnight accommodation with no occupant present, conspiracy to committee criminal trespass-break into structure, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking-movable property, four counts of conspiracy to endanger welfare of children and four counts of conspiracy to commit corruption of minors, dismissed.

-- Michael Thomas Coleman, of Renovo, charged with criminal trespass-enter structure, theft by unlawful taking-movable property and burglary-not adopted to overnight accommodation with no person present, held for court.

-- Kiana Ashley Smith, of State College, charged with making a false alarm to an agency of public safety, resisting arrest/other law enforcement and escape, waived for court.

-- Andrew James Yeager, of Lock Haven, charged with making terroristic threats and driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

-- Amanda Christine Martz, of Jersey Shore, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and criminal use of a communication facility, waived for court.

-- Mason Kyle Ford, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Emily Elizabeth Munro, of Lock Haven, resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.

-- Jessica Dawn Shaffer, of Warriors Mark, charged with two counts of retail theft-take merchandise.

-- Earl Shaffer, of Warriors Mark, charged with two counts of retail theft-take merchandise.

-- Tammy Lyn Johnson, of Jamestown, N.Y., charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

-- Michael Scott Shade, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise, dismissed.
