— James Carrol Sampson Jr., charged with altering or obliterating marks of identification concerning a firearm, two counts of theft by unlawful taking, theft of secondary metals, possession of a firearm not to be carried without a license and three counts of burglary, shall pay $50,899 in restitution, sentenced to 42 months to nine years at a State Correctional Institution.

— Wesley Andrew Lebegern, charged with two counts of delivery of methamphetamine, sentenced to two to five years at a State Correctional Institution.
