Bad check
LOCK HAVEN — Celeste Champagne, 39, of Lock Haven, was charged with writing a bad check worth $80 to a Riverfest vendor on June 26, according to Woodward Township Police.
After the check was returned for lack of funds, the jewelry vendor contacted Champagne, who failed to write a valid check, police said.
Charges have been filed through District Judge Kibler’s office, police said.
Possession of controlled
substance
LOCK HAVEN — Stacy Henry, 50, of Lock Haven, was charged by the Woodward Township officers stemming from an incident that occurred on Sept. 9, at 33 Christ Lane, Lock Haven, according to Woodward Township PD.
Henry is alleged to have been in possession of methamphetamine and 127 Gabapentin pills that were not prescribed to him or packaged properly, police said during the execution of a search warrant at the address above.
Henry was found to have a felony warrant for arrest by the Lycoming County Sheriff’s office for delivery of cocaine, police said.
Henry was transported to the Clinton County Correctional Facility, police said.
Disorderly conduct
LOCK HAVEN — Woodward Township police officers responded to a call for a disturbance on Oct. 22. A male individual was reportedly causing disorderly conduct by yelling and using vulgar language before leaving, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing, police said.
