Deer hit

BEECH CREEK — A vehicle driven by Arianna J. Morris, 20, of Mill Hall, was involved in an accident when a deer entered the roadway and was struck along Eagle Valley Road, according to state police at Lamar.

No injuries were reported, police said.

Retail theft

MILL HALL — Police were dispatched to Kwik Fill/Red Apple on Oct. 5, following the theft of a Monster energy drink, according to state police at Lamar.

The perpetrator, Christopher Goodall, 36, of Cambria Heights, N.Y., was identified and charges were prepared, police said.

The incident is awaiting court, police said.

Harrassment

AVIS — A minor disturbance between two adults took place on Oct. 6, inside the Sunoco gas station in Avis, according to state police at Lamar.

One individual, a 34-year-old female, of Lock Haven, was cited with a harassment citation through MDJ 25-3-01, police said.

Drug possession

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were dispatched to Central Mountain High School on Oct. 6, relating to drug possession on school grounds, police said.

Charges are pending.

Hit and run

MILL HALL — A 2002 Dodge Durango was involved in a hit and run on Oct. 6 in the Mill Hall Weis parking lot, located at 6 Millbrook Plaza, according to state police at Lamar.

The Durango allegedly went to pull into a parking stall next to a 2019 Subaru Ascent and struck the front passenger side bumper, police said.

The operator of the Durango left the scene but was later located and provided insurance information, police said.

Vehicle rear-ended

McELHATTAN — Police responded to a crash involving a 2007 Ford Focus, driven by an unnamed 16-year-old Lock Haven male, and a 2024 Ford Escape, driven by Elizabeth R. Nace, 37, of Jersey Shore, according to state police at Lamar.

While Nace was stationary at a posted yield sign to merge onto SR220 in Wayne Township, the Ford Focus failed to stop and rear-ended Nace, police said.

Both cars sustained damage and were towed from the scene, police said.

Theft

MILL HALL — State police responded to a report of theft on Oct. 8 around 1:15 p.m., in the area of Sagamore Drive in Bald Eagle Township, according to state police at Lamar.

The victim, 55, of Mill Hall, reported $400 was stolen from their account, police said.

No further information has been released.

Terroristic threats

MILL HALL — An incident between a 15-year-old and 16-year-old, both of Lock Haven, occurred at Central Mountain High School on Oct. 8, according to state police at Lamar.

Juvenile Allegation was prepared with the appropriate charges, police said.

Drug possession

FLEMINGTON — Police were contacted after a report of a suspicious male walking along Hogan Boulevard on Oct. 10 around 9:45 p.m., according to state police at Lamar.

While speaking with the 36-year-old male, of Cambria Heights, he allegedly pulled out a vaping device that contained THC, police said.

Charges were filed through MDJ 25-3-01.
