Public drunkenness

MILESBURG — Shane Carl Dunlap, 39, of Centre Hall, was arrested for public drunkenness after state police at Rockview were dispatched to the Milesburg Community Center in Milesburg Borough for a disturbance on Oct. 11 at 10:50 p.m., police said.

MILESBURG — On Sept. 20 at 11:41 p.m., state police at Rockview responded to a one-vehicle crash at 450 Runville Road in Boggs Township after a 17-year-old Bellefonte boy, traveling too fast for conditions, went off the left side of the roadway, struck an embankment and rolled over, police said.

The driver was trapped inside the 2003 Mini Cooper with a suspected serious injury and was flown from the scene to UPMC Williamsport, according to police.

The driver was charged with disobedience of a traffic control device.

Failure to turn

REBERSBURG — Jeremy A. Herr, 44, of Blanchard, was charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic and was transported to Lock Haven Hospital with suspected minor injuries after crashing his 2002 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide, according to state police at Rockview.

Police said Herr failed to negotiate a right turn on Bull Run Road in Miles Township and struck an embankment.

Assault causing

MILLHEIM — On Oct. 23 at 11:26 p.m., state police at Rockview received a report of an assault that occurred in the 4500 block of Penns Valley Road in Penn Township.

The investigation is ongoing, police said.
