LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:
-- Zachariah James Baney, of Lock Haven, charged with causing an accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, driving the wrong way and careless driving, waived for court.
-- Cassandra Welshans, of Avis, charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, two counts of conspiracy to manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver and intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, waived for court.
