— Dale Michael Stafford, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Wynne Amy McCarty, of Lykens, charged with fraudulently obtaining food stamps/assistance, waived for court.

— Blake Michael Dickey, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact, disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, waived for court.

— Neil Wesley Taylor, of Jersey Shore, charged with two counts of identity theft, two counts of using an access device issued to another who did not authorise use, financial exploitation of an older adult/care dependent person, theft by unlawful taking-movable property and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Evan Michael Willits, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

— Landin Marie Rine, of Bellefonte, charged with criminal attempt to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver and driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked, waived for court.

— Lannette Kae Garms, of Jersey Shore, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause/causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, two counts of simple assault, criminal mischief-damage property and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

— Samantha Jo Gundlach, of Blanchard, charged with defiant trespass-communication from owner/occupant, withdrawn, and disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, moved to non-traffic citation.
