LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Ralph John Turner Jr., of Irvington, N.J., charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and following too closely, held for court.

— Jeremy David Nallie, of Cambridge, Md., charged with driving under the influence, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, causing accidental damage to an unattended vehicle/property and careless driving, waived for court.

— Rodney Brian Gressley, of Lock Haven, charged with criminally attempting to corrupt minors, waived for court.

— Norma Elaine Bryan, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, waived for court.

— Maria Louise Solt, of Lock Haven, charged with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver, conspiracy for criminal use of a communication facility, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Chelci R. Brain, of Jersey Shore, driving under the influence, disregard traffic lane-single, violating hazard regulation, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, careless driving, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph, waived for court.

— Emma Nikole Brammer, of Lock Haven, charged with selling/furnishing alcohol/etc. to minor, waived for court.

— Cody James Prickard, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation-blocking the nose/mouth of the person and simple assault, waived for court.

— Jenna Marie Kemper, of Lock Haven, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, receiving stolen property and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, waived for court.
