Trespass with assault
LOCK HAVEN — Vanessa Wagner, 41, of Lock Haven, was arrested and charged with felony criminal trespass, and misdemeanors of simple assault and disorderly conduct following an incident at 127 Woodward Ave. on Nov. 8, according to Woodward Township Police.
Wagner allegedly entered an apartment and assaulted the occupant by grabbing the victim and punching them multiple times, police said.
Wagner then fled the scene and was apprehended on Nov. 11 at her residence after allegedly hiding in a closet while wearing a helmet, police said.
Wagner was arraigned before District Judge Keith Kibler and had a monetary bail of $7,500 set, according to police.
Deer struck
BELLEFONTE — A 2012 Nissan Rogue, driven by Elsie D. Myers, 64, of Bellefonte, struck a deer that entered from the east along Runville Road on Nov. 17, according to state police at Rockview.
No injuries were reported, police said.
Dubois man flips table at restaurant
MILL HALL — State Police at Lamar were called to the Variety Buffet, 234 Hogan Boulevard, Bald Eagle Township on Dec. 1 for reports of a customer causing a disturbance.
During the investigation it was revealed Evan Way, 25, allegedly flipped a table and hit the point-of-sale machine when exiting the building, police said.
Charges for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct were filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
Hit and run on I-80
LOGANTON — No injuries were reported or major damage cited in a hit and run incident along Interstate 80 West near mile marker 194, Greene Township, state police at Lamar said.
At 11:22 p.m., Collin T. Comstock, 28, of Eynon, Pa., was traveling in the right lane in a 2022 International Harvester truck when an unknown vehicle struck him in the 9 o’clock position before continuing to travel along the roadway, police said.
Comstock’s vehicle sustained minor damage to its trailer and no injured were reported, police said.
Driver investigated
for DUI
LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar are investigating a possible driving under the influence incident that took place along East Church Street, Lock Haven on Nov. 30.
At 1:41 a.m., police stopped a 2011 Chrysler, driven by a 49-year-old Lock Haven man, for Title 75 violations where, during the investigation, it was determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance, police said.
The driver was taken into custody and transported to UPMC Lock haven pending a legal blood draw, police said.

two-vehicle crash
BEECH CREEK — No injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Eagle Valley Road and Maple Avenue, Beech Creek Township on Nov. 29, state police at Lamar said.
At 7:39 p.m., A 2004 Subaru Forester, driven by Arthur K. Hammer, 70, of Milesburg, was traveling south on Eagle Valley Road when a 2020 Hyundai Elantra, driven by Christina M. Council, 46, of Mill Hall, pulled out of Maple Avenue, crashing into Hammer’s vehicle, police said.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene and no charges were filed for the incident, police said.

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are investigating a report of harassment that occurred on Nov. 29 in Mill Hall Borough.
DUI, drug paraphernalia
LOCK HAVEN — Criminal charges are pending following a traffic stop along Bellefonte Avenue, Lock Haven on Nov. 29, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, a traffic stop was initiated on a 2008 Hyundai Elantra at about 8:52 p.m.
During the stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted and drug paraphernalia was located in the vehicle, police said.
Charges pending after traffic stop
LOCK HAVEN — Charges of driving while under the influence are pending against a 56-year-old Mill Hall man following a traffic stop along Susquehanna Avenue, Lock Haven on Nov. 28, state police at Lamar said.
At about 7:33 p.m., police stopped a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta for speeding violations where it was determined the driver was under the influence of a controlled substance, police said.

DUI investigation
CASTANEA — The driver of a 2011 Chrysler may face driving under the influence and other charges following a traffic stop along Hanna Street, Castanea Township on Nov. 27, state police at Lamar said.
At 8:07 p.m., the traffic stop was initiated due to Title 75 violations when it was determined the driver, a 49-year-old Lock Haven man, was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
The driver was taken into custody and transported to UPMC Lock Haven pending a legal blood draw, police said.
BB pellet damages
window
FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of criminal mischief which took place on Nov. 24 along James Street, Flemington.
A 73-year-old Lock Haven woman reported that her kitchen window was struck with a BB pellet, police said. Troopers observed damage to the window.

Arrest on warrant leads to more charges
RENOVO — A Renovo man being taken into custody from an unrelated incident was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on Nov. 24, state police at Lamar said.
At 10:21 a.m., William McDonald, 43, was taken into custody along Gratzmar Avenue, Noyes Township, when a search led to the seizure of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Frank Mills’s office.
Speeding leads to one-vehicle crash
MILL HALL — Driving too fast for conditions led to a one vehicle crash and property damage along Fishing Creek Road, Porter Township on Nov. 24, state police at Lamar said.
At 5:16 p.m., River A. Specht, 24, of Coudersport, was traveling on Furnace Road near its intersection with Fishing Creek Road when he failed to negotiate a right hand turn, police said.
Specht’s 2012 Ford Focus drove across the west lane and off the north part of the roadway, striking a tree before colliding with a porch in the area of Fishing Creek Road, police said.
Specht backed off the property where it traveled east, leaving a trail of leaking oil before coming to rest, police said.
Specht was not injured and was cited for his role in the crash, police said.
Property damage
and PFA violation
RENOVO — A 43-year-old Renovo man violated his Protection from Abuse Order and caused property damage along Ninth Street, Renovo on Nov. 23, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, the man, name not listed, drove his Dodge Ram 1500 into the victim’s fence, causing damage and violating the terms of the active PFA, police said.
Charges were filed through District Judge Frank Mills’s office.
Two-vehicle crash
FLEMINGTON — No injuries were reported in a two vehicle crash along High Street, Flemington on Nov. 23, state police at Lamar said.
At 12:26 p.m., Rita A. Haywood, 75, of Williamsport, was traveling west on the roadway in a 2023 Jeep Cherokee when a 2008 Ford Focus, driven by Samuel H. Collins, II, 24, of Lock Haven, pulled out from Allison Street and struck her vehicle in the 1 o’clock position, police said.
After impact, both vehicles came to a stop in the middle of the roadway, police said.
The crash caused disabling damage to Collins’s vehicle and minor damage to Haywood’s vehicle, police said.
Police were assisted on the scene by Showcase Towing, Goodwill Hose Fire Company and Flemington EMS.
Collins was cited for his role in the crash, police said.
Domestic incident
investigation
RENOVO — State police at Lamar said they are continuing to investigate reports of an inactive domestic incident which occurred on Nov. 23 at 11:38 a.m. in the area of Central Avenue, Chapman Township.
Hit and run crash
MILL HALL — A hit and run crash at the intersection of Hogan Boulevard and Country Club Lane caused disabling damage to one vehicle, state police at Lamar said.
On Nov. 22 at 6:32 p.m., Courtney D. Brittan, 26, of Jersey Shore was traveling across Hogan Boulevard when another vehicle ran a steady red light while turning left and struck the passenger side of her 2018 Ford Escape, causing disabling damage, police said.
After the crash, the other vehicle fled the scene, police said.
No injuries were reported and towing was provided by Martin Motors, police said.
No injuries in hit
and run crash
BEECH CREEK — No injuries were reported in a hit and run crash along Eagle Valley Road, Beech Creek Township on Nov. 22, state police at Lamar said.
At 7:22 a.m., Hana M. Styers, 20, of Blanchard, was traveling along the roadway in a 2020 Volkswagen Passat when another vehicle, traveling south, entered her lane causing her to exit to the right side of the roadway, striking a tree, police said.
The other vehicle continued south on Eagle Valley Road, police said.
Beech Creek Fire Department and EMS and Martin Motors assisted on the scene.
Vehicle strikes deer
MILL HALL — No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle crash involving a deer along Interstate 80, Porter Township on Nov. 21, state police at Lamar said.
At 6:47 p.m., Eric T. Stair, 48, of Summerland, Fla., was traveling east when a deer left the wooded area off the left-hand side and struck his 2024 Toyota Camry, police said.
After striking the deer, Stair’s vehicle traveled about 0.1 mile before coming to rest in the left lane, police said.
No road closures were necessary and police were assisted on the scene by Tressler’s Towing.
One-vehicle crash
LOGANTON — The driver of a 2013 Hyundai Elantra was not injured following a one vehicle crash along Interstate 80 near mile marker 183, Greene Township on Nov. 20, state police at Lamar said.
At 6:49 a.m., Daniel J. Thompson, 48, of Jersey Shore, was traveling west when his vehicle exited the left side of the roadway and, after re-entering, lost control, striking a guide rail end on the right side of the roadway, police said.
Thompson’s vehicle came to final rest on the right side berm of the highway, police said.
PennDOT was contacted regarding the property damage, police said.
Disorderly conduct
on I-80
MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were called to Interstate 80 West near mile marker 172, Porter Township on Nov. 19 for reports of a female who was acting erratic in traffic.
At the scene, police arrested a 27-year-old Lock Haven woman for disorderly conduct for causing public inconvenience and posing a threat to herself and others, police said.
Tractor trailer overturns
LAMAR — The driver of a tractor trailer suffered minor injuries after overturning along state Route 220 near its intersection with Interstate 80 on Nov. 18, state police at Lamar said.
At 1:01 p.m., Carlos J. Clavijo, 28, of Linden, N.J., failed to navigate the interstate exit ramp at a proper speed and turned right onto Route 220, while running a stop sign, causing his vehicle and trailer to overturn on its side, police said.
Clavijo sustained minor injuries and was transported to UPMC Lock Haven by Goodwill Hose EMS, police said.
Eagle Towing and Recovery assisted at the scene with removing the wreckage while PennDOT handled traffic control, police said.
Five traffic citations were filed against Clavijo through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
Harassment
MILL HALL — State police at Lamar were called to Keystone Central Drive, Bald Eagle Township on Nov. 17 for reports of harassment.
According to police, a 15-year-old Mill Hall male is accused of harassment against a 16-year-old Loganton male between Nov. 12 and Nov. 17, police said.
An investigation is ongoing.

MILL HALL — State police at Lamar are investigating an incident of criminal trespass which occurred on Nov. 17 along Munro Road, Bald Eagle Township.
Harassment charges pending
LOGANTON — Harassment charges are pending against a 15-year-old Lock Haven male after an incident along East Main Street, Loganton on Nov. 14, state police at Lamar said.
According to police, the teen is accused of harassing another 15-year-old Lock Haven male while at school.
Harassment online
FLEMINGTON — State police at Lamar were called to Sturdevant Street, Flemington, for reports of harassment on Sept. 1.
Through an investigation, speaking with the victim and the accused, the harassment took place via the internet, police said.
A harassment citation was filed against the accused, police said.
One-vehicle crash
MILL HALL — No injuries were reported in a one vehicle crash along Eagle Valley Road, Bald Eagle Township on Aug. 24, state police at Lamar said.
At 12:10 p.m., Margaret A. Breon, 78, of Williamsport, was traveling west when she lost control of her 2008 Ford Focus, causing it to exit the north side of the roadway and striking a utility pole and block wall, police said.
The vehicle continued back onto the road, crossed both lanes and struck a rock embankment before coming to a stop, police said.
The impact caused disabling damage to the vehicle, police said.
Police were assisted on the scene by Mill Hall Fire Company and Martin Motors.
