Terroristic threats
BEECH CREEK — State police at Lamar responded to a terroristic threat incident on Oct. 12 in Beech Creek Township.
Upon investigation, police found a 14-year-old had sent a message via Snapchat that rose to the level of a terroristic threat, police said.
Charges for terroristic threats and harassment have been filed through the Clinton County Juvenile Probation Office, police said.
Harassment
RENOVO — Police responded to a report of a physical altercation between Brian Marseglia, 37, of Renovo, and a 16-year-old boy, according to state police at Lamar.
Through investigation, police determined Marseglia pushed the other party, police said.
Charges for harassment were filed through District Judge Frank Mills’ office, police said.
Retail theft
MILL HALL — A theft occurred at Walmart in Mill Hall on Oct. 16, according to state police at Lamar.
Items stolen include a “Scream” mask, valued at $11.92; vanilla latte coffee, valued at $11.46; and a 5-pound container of ground beef, valued at $23.73, police said.
Charges against the 24-year-old Jersey Shore male are pending, police said.
Tractor trailer fire
LOGANTON — Police responded to an incident that occurred on I-80 near mile marker 187.5 on Oct. 17, according to state police at Lamar.
A 1997 Peterbilt 379, driven by Wilhelm E. Leis, 37, or Warfordsburg, Pa., was traveling eastbound when Leis heard a pop and began to see a red glow and smoke, police said.
Leis pulled off onto the right shoulder where the vehicle became engulfed in flames, police said.
Leis was able to exit the vehicle and did not sustain any injuries, according to police.
Two charged with harassment
RAUCHTOWN — Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Rauchtown Road for an incident involving harassment between two parties, according to state police at Lamar.
On Oct. 17, around 7:40 p.m., Elizabeth Page, 64, of Jersey Shore, and Gloria Miranda, 40, of Jacksonville, Fla., reported unwanted physical contact from the other party, police said.
Both parties were cited for harassment through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office, police said.

Disorderly conduct
MILL HALL — According to state police at Lamar, two known juvenile males intentionally caused damage to mailboxes and vehicles in Mill Hall Borough, Lamar Township and Porter Township at night on Oct. 16 and continued into the morning of Oct. 17.
Overnight, the suspects were throwing rocks and pumpkins at numerous mailboxes and vehicles from their moving vehicle, a 2009 Chevy Impala, police said.
The vehicle was located and seized on Oct. 17 and the juveniles were identified, police said.
At this time, charges have not been filed until all pertinent information has been collected, police said.

physical contact
LOCK HAVEN — On Oct. 18 at 11:18 p.m., police responded to an incident near Shirk Addition Lane, according to state police at Lamar.
Citations were filed through District Judge Keith Kibler’s office for a 12-year-old and 16-year-old female, both of Lock Haven, after a Lock Haven woman reported being physically contacted by the two, police said.
Possession of drug
paraphernalia
DUNNSTOWN — Chelsea George, 33, of Lock Haven, was charged with five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia after Woodward Township Police served a search warrant on a property on Crist Lane, according to the department.
The search, conducted at about 4:15 p.m. on Sept. 9, yielded several items related to methamphetamine use, police alleged.
