Proceedings from District Judges

LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- William Lewis Dale, III, of Lock Haven, charged with defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, harassment-subject other to physical contact and criminal mischief-damage property, held for court.

-- Conner Pierce Smithkors, of Dushore, charged with propulsion of missile onto roadway, theft by unlawful taking-movable property, disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, scattering rubbish upon land/stream and highway obstruction, waived for court.

-- William Michael McDonald Jr., of Renovo, charged with criminal trespass-enter structure and criminal mischief-damage property, waived for court.

-- William Michael McDonald Jr., of Renovo, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
