LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Mandy Jo Anderson, of Westport, charged with 16 counts of identity theft, 18 counts of using an access device issued to another who did not authorise use, 18 counts of receiving stolen property, 18 counts of theft by unlawful taking-movable property and burglary-overnight accommodation with no person present, waived for court.

-- Samuel Morgan Snyder, of Avis, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, disregard for traffic lane-single and driving with an obstructed window, waived for court.

-- Jedidiah Maximus Moyer, of Montoursville, charged with reckless endangerment, waived for court.

-- Mark Sinkiewicz, of Wind Gap, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection, waived for court.

-- James Irvin Newman III, of Lock Haven, charged with reckless endangerment, waived for court.

-- Peyton Michael Ludwig, of Houtzdale, charged with four counts of selling/furnishing liquor to minors, waived for court.

-- Robert D. Williams Jr., of State College, charged with two counts of theft by deception-false impression, two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received and two counts of passing a bad check, held for court.

-- William Charles Stover, of Beech Creek, charged with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.

-- Stacy Fanelle Henry, of Lock Haven, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and manufacturing/etc. a controlled substance, waived for court.

-- Andrew Batschelet, of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause/causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon, making terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment-subject other to physical contact and three counts of disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, using obscene language/gestures and being hazardous/physically offensive, waived for court.

-- Evan Titus Marquis Way, of Dubois, charged with criminal mischief-damage property and disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offensive, waived for court.

-- Ronald E. Strouse, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving without rear lights, display plate in improper vehicle, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without valid inspection, waived for court.

-- Rebecca M. Willits, of Jersey Shore, charged with receiving advanced payment for a service then failing to perform, deceptive business practice-sale of less than stated quantity and theft by unlawful taking-movable property, dismissed.

-- Steven Ray Schoff Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with receiving advanced payment for a service then failing to perform, deceptive business practice-sale of less than stated quantity and theft by unlawful taking-movable property, dismissed.
