-- Ryan Clair Lamey, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $1,000, placed on probation for six months, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and serve three months in the Day Reporting Center program.

-- Zachariah James Baney, charged with causing an accident involving damage to attended vehicle/property, shall complete 75 hours of community service.

-- Brittany Boatman, charged with retail theft, fined $150, shall pay $266.36 in restitution and placed on probation for two years.

-- Richard Wayne Davis, Jr., charged with making an unsworn falsification to authorities, fined $500, placed on probation for one year.

-- Joseph William Martz, charged with driving under the influence-third offense, fined $1,500, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and sentenced to three months to 10 years in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.
