Drug possession
LOCK HAVEN — On Dec. 20, a traffic stop involving a Dodge Durango was initiated in Bald Eagle Township for Title 75 violations, according to state police at Lamar.
Upon further investigation, the operator of the vehicle, a 31-year-old male, of Upper Marlboro, Md., was determined to be under the influence of drugs, police said.
The individual was also in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, police said.
The investigation is ongoing.
PFA violation
LOCK HAVEN — State police at Lamar are investigating a report of an alleged Protection From Abuse order violation that occurred near Sturdevant St., in Flemington Boro, on Dec. 17 at approximately 12:34 p.m.
Car strikes porch
CENTRE HALL — A 33-year-old Centre Hall woman was charged with improper lane usage after losing control of her vehicle, striking another car and a front porch around 9:20 a.m. Jan. 27, according to state police at Rockview.
Police said Caitlin D. Deamer went around a snow bank in her 2018 Chevrolet Trax, struck the rear of a 2014 Chevrolet Impala and then collided with the front porch of 101 S. Pennsylvania Ave. No injuries were reported, and Deamer’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
Outstanding warrant leads
to drug possession charge
LOCK HAVEN — On Jan. 20, at approximately 1:19 a.m., Lock Haven City Police officers were on patrol in the area of East Walnut Street and South Washington Street and observed an individual, Patrick Nellis, 34, who had an outstanding arrest warrant, police said.
While taking Nellis into custody, Nellis was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Nellis was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
DUI
MILL HALL — A traffic stop was conducted in the Millbrook Plaza on Nov. 23 at approximately 12:44 a.m., according to state police at Lamar.
During investigation, it was determined that the operator, a 20-year-old Howard man, was under the influence of alcohol, police said.
Charges have been filed through District Judge Heidi Wright’s office.
