— Richard Lee Bean, Jr., charged with aggravated indecent assault of a child less than 13, sentenced to five to 10 years in a State Correctional Institution and placed on probation for three years.

— James Brady George, charged with simple assault and harassment, fined $50, sentenced to four months to two years minus one day at the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Jeremiah Sean Laubscher, charged with fleeing/attempting to elude a police officer and driving under the influence-first offense, fined $800, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on probation for three years and house arrest for six months.

— Bryan Keith Eldred, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $1,000, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on probation for six months and house arrest for three days.

— Darryl Wayne McDermit, Jr., charged with violating probation, placed on probation for two years and fined $100.

— Patrick Charles Nellis, charged with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $100, shall complete 150 hours of community service and placed on administrative probation until completion of community service.

— Levi Phillip Saxon, charged with violating a Protection from Abuse Order, fined $300.
