— Robert Eugene Confer, Jr., charged with evading arrest/detention on foot, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine, sentenced to one to six months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility and placed on probation for three years.

— Teresa A. Truax, charged with two counts of cruelty to animals, placed on probation for three years and shall pay $459.70 in restitution.

— Kari L. Greenway, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, fined $300, shall attend/complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School and placed on probation for six months.
