LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Shannon Adair Irvin, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, 14 counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana-small amount for personal use, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operating privileges are suspended/revoked and driving without a valid license, waived for court.

— David J. Bunsick, Jr., of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, reckless driving, disregard traffic lane-single, depositing waste on highway, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility and failure to carry registration, waived for court.

— Kimberly Ann Brininger, of Mill Hall, charged with defiant trespass-actual communication from owner/occupant, waived for court.

— Thomas Ray Lowe, of Elliotsburg, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, disregard traffic lane-single and careless driving, waived for court.
