LOCK HAVEN -- The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

-- Carol Anne Graham, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving while license is suspended/revoked, causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle/property, disregard traffic lane-single and careless driving, waived for court.

-- Dakota Leone Cook, of Renovo, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court.

-- Mark A. Long, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and careless driving, waived for court.
