Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Steven Gordon Obitz, of Altoona, charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, withdrawn, and public drunkenness/similar misconduct, moved to non-traffic citation.

— Jessica Lyn Oaks, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and operating/permit operation of unsafe equipment, waived for court.

— Dwayne Edward Campbell, of Lancaster, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane-single, careless driving and failure to keep right, waived for court.

— Aaron Nelson Hall, of Jersey Show, charged with two counts of fleeing/attempting to elude an officer, driving at an unsafe speed, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, waived for court.

— Aaron Nelson Hall, of Jersey Shore, charged with disorderly conduct-engage in fighting, harassment-course of conduct with no legitimate purpose and interfering with devices, signs or signals, waived for court.

— Kayden Bryce Guffey, of Williamsport, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and driving on sidewalk, waived for court.

— Jaimin Tyler Cook, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, purchasing an alcoholic beverage as a minor, minor prohibited/operating a vehicle with alcohol, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to use a seat belt-driver/front seat occupant, failure to complete duty of operator in an investigation by an officer, failure to report an accident to police, causing accidental damage to unattended vehicle/property, failure to keep right and driving under the influence as a minor-first offense.

— Claude Gilbert Nave, III, of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., charged with two counts of reckless endangerment and failing to comply with requirements as a non-resident, waived for court.

— James La Whittington, Jr., of Altoona, charged with manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and nine counts of intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, waived for court.

— Jacob Ellswort Tompkins, of Lamar, charged with theft by unlawful taking-movable property, dismissed, and receiving stolen property, held for court.

— Brooke Lindsey Wagner, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts of retail theft-alter label/price marking and receiving stolen property, waived for court.

— Nicole Marie Hunter, of Beech Creek, charged with four counts of manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to manufacture/deliver, waived for court.

— Robin L. Smith, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

— Jordan Taylor Bierly, of Woodward, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and conspiracy-retail theft-take merchandise, waived for court.

— Dillyn Markus Briggs, of Pennsdale, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

— Tera Lee Perryman, of Howard, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Ashley Marie Lullo, of Lock Haven, charged with false report-falsely incriminate another and false report-reported offense that did not occur, waived for court.

— Traci Lee Salvo, of Williamsport, charged with disorderly conduct-hazardous/physically offense and disorderly conduct-unreasonable noise and interference with custody of children, waived for court.

— Jeremiah Nmn Cham, of Little Falls, N.J., charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered, possession of a small amount of marijuana for personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, exceed speed limit by 20 mph and failure to complete duty of operator in an investigation by an officer, waived for court.

— Brandi Jo Peluso, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment-subject other to physical contact, waived for court.
