— Cory Allen Duffield, charged with driving under the influence-fourth offense, fined $500, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on probation for five years and sentenced to two weeks in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

— Andrew W. Batschelet, charged with making terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, fined $500, placed on probation for two years and shall complete 75 hours of community service.

— Brandon McLean Hobgood, charged with theft by deception, fined $750, placed on probation for three years and house arrest for 90 days.

— Cory Allen Duffield, charged with delivery of a controlled substance, fined $750 and placed on probation for five years.

— Robert M. Dreibelbis, II, charged with driving under the influence-second offense, fined $1,500, shall attend and complete the Alcohol Highway Safety School, placed on probation for five years and house arrest for 90 days.

— Jason Michael Winkleman, charged with conspiracy-theft by deception, fined $500, shall pay $150 in restitution and placed on probation for six months.

— Robert Ernest Morgret, Jr., charged with simple possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia, placed on probation for 18 months and shall complete 75 hours of community service.
