-- Wesley Cleon Snyder, charged with possession of cocaine-second offense, fined $250, placed on probation for one year and house arrest.

-- John Maurice Weaver, charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, sentenced to 34 days to six months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

-- Darryl Wayne McDermitt, Jr., charged with evading arrest/detention on foot, sentenced to 46 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, fined $100 and placed on probation for two years.
