— Darryl Wayne McDermitt, Jr., charged with evading arrest/detention on foot, sentenced to 46 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility, fined $100 and placed on probation for two years.

— Jenna Marie Kemper, charged with theft, fined $100, shall pay $14,835.77 in restitution, placed on probation for four years and house arrest for 150 days.
