LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges:

— Sebastian Ich Xol, of Hyattsville, Md., charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and driving while privileges are suspended/revoked, waived for court.

— Aaron Donald Keller, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense and speeding, waived for court.

— Autumn Rosina Zirkle, of Akron, Ohio, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving, improper sunscreening, following too closely and failure to complete duty as driver to disabled vehicles, waived for court.

— Charles Eugene Berry, Jr., of Lock Haven, charged with aggravated assault-attempts/causes bodily injury, disarming law enforcement officer-without lawful authorization and resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.

–Timothy Maxwell Coleman, of Renovo, charged with intentional possession of a controlled substance by a person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Bobbie Jo Mincer, of Lock Haven, charged with six counts of retail theft-transfer merchandise from container and receiving stolen property, waived for court.
