— Joshua William Rearick, of Port Matilda, charged with retail theft-take merchandise and conspiracy to commit retail theft, held for court.

— Argeni Yasin Castro, of Lock Haven, charged with possession of marijuana-small amount for personal use and use of tobacco by pupil on school property, waived for court.
